Hello All!
So I’m back at college and its taking me a few weeks to get back in the swing of things but I’m once again on top of what we call the Triad here at Wilson. That being said I want to attempt to work on my writing career/give you some tips so there are two things I’m going to do in the near future
1) Start a video series of writing prompts
One of the things you get a lot of when majoring in creative writing is writing prompts. This semester I’m taking Fiction and we have been given some great prompts. I was hoping to make a YouTube video telling you guys the writing prompt, I will then share my response to the prompt on this blog and ask you to post your own version of the response to the prompt on your blog etc and then we can all look at each others work. This will help me stay on top of my writing and hopefully inspire you as well.
2) I NEED Your Help!
So as some of you may have read a while ago I posted some snippets of one of my YA novels well since March of this year I have been writing another YA novel and while it is focused around a central heroin it has a different style. I want to submit one of my YA novels to publishers but I’m not sure which one to pitch so I would like your help to decide which one I should pitch. I will posting snippets of both novels on here and then asking you to vote on which one you prefer. I really appreciate your help on that so look out for it soon.
